A young teacher begins walking towards Odunboğazı Village, near Şereflikoçhisar. As darkness falls, the roads disappear along with his companion. Just as hope is fading, the village dogs begin to bark. A light appears.
That light comes not from a house door, but from a lifetime of inspiration.
That day, this story, which began with the warmth of the villagers, turned into works that added value to our country over the years and the birth of a foundation.
Today, that journey continues to inspire young people under the name of the Meliha Ercan Foundation. With philanthropy, responsibility, and faith... With the goal of “being a light” in every step.
